Through the contact form on our website, we collect the following data:
- Name, to address you personally
- Email address, to get in touch with you
- Interest (Hyrox, CrossFit, Hybrid Training, or not sure yet), to answer your question properly
- Message, the content of your question or request
We do not collect special categories of personal data (such as health data) via the contact form, unless you mention these yourself in your message.
3. What do we use your data for?
We use your data exclusively for the following purposes:

- Financial records: 7 years, in accordance with the legal retention obligation.
5. Do we share your data with third parties?
We never sell your data to third parties. We may use the following service providers (processors):
- Hostinger, web hosting and email (servers within the EU/EEA)
- Formspree, processing of submissions via the contact form on this website. Formspree is based in the United States; transfer of your data takes place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with the GDPR.
- Accounting software or payment service, where applicable for invoicing
Data processing agreements are or will be in place with all processors, in accordance with the GDPR.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access. Our website uses a secure HTTPS connection.
